Elena Pasini
Assistant Manager | FragomenElena is a Supervisor at Fragomen's London office, where she leads the Italian team and collaborates closely with clients and local advisor partners to uphold consistently high service standards throughout the region. In her role, she assists clients navigating immigration challenges in Italy, implements efficiencies to enhance the client experience, and supports a variety of strategic projects. With experience in coordinating Italian immigration and inbound cases, Elena primarily works with expatriates, companies, and relocation firms. She previously worked at an Italian law firm in Milan and passed the Bar exam at the Milan Court of Appeal. Elena earned her Law degree from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, during which she had the opportunity to study abroad for short periods through international projects at universities in Europe and the United States.
