Laura Balla, from Rome (Italy), has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing area of major companies in the telecommunications, information technology and insurance sectors. She graduated in marketing, media and communication and attended the master's degree in economics in 1999. She began her professional career at Microsoft Italy and then moved to TIM (Telecom Italia group) where she has been working as Product Manager for several years. From 2005 to 2008 she was appointed Head of the CRM, Loyalty and Retention activities within TIM's marketing business division. She also participated to TIM international projects supporting offer development for Telecom operations in Argentina and Brazil. Laura joined MetLife on September 2008 as CMO and she currently holds the role of Head of Marketing & Communication for Italy. She's passionate for technology and humanity, determined and curious.
