Silvia Corani

After over 25 years of leading Talent Acquisition in global companies, I have now decided to lead the scale-up of nCore HR as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) starting in September 2024. In this role, I will guide the international expansion and further grow the product to include additional AI-enabled functionalities that support recruiting automation. My journey so far has led me to work with prominent organizations such as Apple, Pandora, YOOX Net-A-Porter, Alexander Mann Solutions, and Adecco allowing me to gain a global perspective on talent acquisition and management. My passion lies in designing and optimizing recruiting organizations as well as fostering inclusive workplaces that celebrate diversity. I take pride in being an agile communicator, an innovation manager, and a solutions finder. Outside of my professional pursuits, I'm an enthusiast of antigravity fitness yoga, skiing, and hiking. Family vacations, art, and design are also passions that enrich my life.
