Mario Bastoni

Mario Bastoni is Head of Human Resources, responsible for global talent management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and all aspects of theHuman Resources agenda. Mario joined Pioneer Investments in 2012. Prior to this, from2008,Mario heldHR Management responsibilities for different divisions within the UniCredit Group. Mario has almost twenty years of experience working in HR which he acquired in the Banking, Automotive, Media and Telecommunications services industries. He has worked for Banca di Roma, Capitalia Service, Home Shopping Europe, Opel and TelecomItaly. Mario holds a degree in Political Science (Honors) from L.U.I.S.S. University-Rome.
